how can i fix rollback in high rate server

Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. The forum will be a state of read only until we install our new drives and rebuild all the configurations needed. Please follow our Facebook page for updates, we will be back up shortly! rollbacks happen if you insert items into database without the server doing it itself so it gets de-synchronized. The IID on server becomes old value after you insert new items.. I had this similar bug too i think it may be same thing.
