Server with php

Ok i have made my server and downloaded and installed abyss web server properly. And i have downloaded and installed php 5. So to use all the php files in my server files do i have to upload them onto dreamweaver which i will download and put it on php? Or what?

Please help i dont understand how to make server using php ranking etc on my website and what shall i make the website with?

how to get php u say? get the CD that came with your computer or a windows formatting disk and put it into your computer, and then reboot hit any keys when asked for, then follow what it says.

find a folder called www or htdocs and put your php files (or self-made website) in there... you can link files to each other by some simple html or php (frames or php include)

Becuase each of them have htdocs in them so im kinda confused

And do i make the actuall website with one of them or do i register to freewebs.com or something?

No it does not, it involves a VERY, VERY basic knowledge about computers and php. Don't be lazy and read the abyss's/xampp's manual.
