shall i delete all sql logins?

Simply, i have made a login and ticked all the server roles, But should i delete all the other logins? like "sa" "BUILTIN\Users" "BUILTIN\Administrators" "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" etc.

Shall i delete them all apart from the one i have made with all the server roles?

Not if you prefer your ODBC and other data connections still to work. They're (generally) secure and used by either the system or other programs - my advice would be to leave them be.
