Skills and Effects/Motions

Ive been reading all over about changing the skill effects in Kalonline. But it seems everything i have read have been about private servers and such.
My question is:
Is there any way to edit the skill effects for INT?
I want to change the way stag looks and the chars movement. Just the looks of it. Is this possible? Or am i basically stuck with the way int skills are set?

actually thats preaty lame :p.. to just edit 1 or 2 skills you better edit all then.. but still people kinda dont like eddited skill only if you will change motions,effects with out lvl change then its okay;) and i think theres a tuturial how to make it

I play alot of archer and mage so i would just change the skills motion/effects on those skills. Yeah i do not want to change the level of the skills just the animation so its not so boring anymore :P
You know where the tut is? Ive looked and the only thing i see is to copy the motions folder... which did not work.
