hi,
i was wondering if any of you know how to get the original % of success for adding talis of attack on a weapon
i found this in one of the threads

1-2: 86%
2-3: 72% (-14)
3-4: 58% (-14)
4-5: 49% (-9)
5-6: 40% (-9)
6-7: 34% (-6)
7-8: 28% (-6)
8-9: 22% (-6)
9-10: 17% (-5)
10-11: 12% (-5)
11-12: 9% (-3)
12-13: 7% (-2)
13-14: 5% (-2)
14-15: 3% (-2)
15-16: 2% (0)
16-17: 2% (0)
17-18: 2% (0)
18-19: 2% (0)
19-20: 2% (0)
20-21: 2% (0)
but i'm not sure if these are the correct rates that i'm looking for
