user table? and can't connect

hello,
is here a user table in the database.
because i just wanna change stuff and add stuff on my server but i wanna create a char without using koam, because im not sure if its even working.

and i got another problem i can't connect to my server.
i have the kalmax repack, but when i go to the client side and launch kalmax launcer and select the server local it says unable to connect.
what could be the possible reasons for that?

You havnt change your ip in xlate-e.dat.

- kal_db -> Tables -> Player => here you get all characters which are on your server
If you don't like to use KOAM so use a .php register script (search in the website thread)

- open your config.pk, then open the xlate-e.dat and look for the IP and port. Normaly if the IP say "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" the client will connect to your own pc. So you need to run the server on the same PC as client. But if you got a root or a second PC, you need to insert his IP into the xlate-e.dat.
