Using Rebirth dont remove it from Inventory

I have this problem I noticed, when I use rebirth it doesn't remove it from inventory is there a way to fix it or is it a database problem.

i'd guess its the items table..
goto your db an try an del an item, I bet you get a permission error xD

If you got this problem then its R3vo_cracker Query :-) it didn't work right when you run it an messed up SA permissions.

Then its the item type that its set too in the init item, Print out your init item line so it looks like this -
