would appreciate help with my own private server

Hi guys, so I want to creat a server just for me and my friends to play on, via hamachi or sth.
I have the special properties in mind, I come to that later.
Unfortunately, I do not have any idea about all this stuff and get really confused by it.
Although I know that it is very unlikely that I have the luck of finding some1 to help me with this, I shoutout for the kind of person who has fun doing this stuff, knows how to do it and is willing to help a poor guy out! Maybe for some1 with that properties this server will not be that much work while for me it looks impossible to do.
So my private server shall look like this:
-same as int. when there was no thief, no d5, no 3rd job change, latest update foe, original emok
-one starts with lvl 30, starter npc gives you skill/contribution points from quests, + some other stuff ( so no quests needed at all, also can just make 2nd job change immediately with 50)
-1x exp, egg exp, usual drop rate
-npc who sells kalcash items for geons
-g60 armor/weapons get all dropped by twisted demon monsters on island with usual drop rate (because impossible to kill dragon with few friends)
-g65 armor/weapons get all dropped by all monsters in foe with usual drop rate (because impossible to kill doggebi lord with few friends/no d5)
-npc who makes imperial for certain amount of geons depending on grade of weapon
-can sell drops & buy them at newly made npc (to mimic the huge amount of shops with more players)
-shall run later for small amount of ppl via hamachi or sth
