Is there a tool for changing the buff duration? I know there is a way by editing the XML files, but that would take WAAAY to much time. Or maybe there is another way?

it depends of the files which you are using. check in configs it should have an option to change duration of skills.
I use L2J, there is an option "Enable Modify Skill Duration" and "Skill Duration List", I still have to write every buff's ID. Isn't there a program or something to do that for me?
