En: i think that you can't. in the other packs there is the setting for the grade penalty. i advice you to change your pack.

Also, could you give me some info on advertising my server to get more players?

Πρώτα απ' όλα, εάν αυτό είναι το PC σου, ξέχνα τον server. Κατά δεύτερον και κυριότερον η 1mbps γραμμή που λες είναι το download, το upload είναι συνήθως το 1/3 του download, άρα 256kbps. Το πολύ να σηκώνεις 30 άτομα. Μη μιλήσω για siege. 3 άτομα σε siege (όταν είχαν βγάλει την νέα engine οι dev του L2j) με 192kbps upload και ένα 2.66 Pentium D με 1GB RAM, laggαρε ΤΡΕΛΑ.. Δεν ξέρω κανένα καλό Host, μπορείς να βρεις όμως εύκολα με λίγο googlάρισμα.
