[Help] Add deley time to sub class change

Well another dobut

i have seen in some servers to avoid the stuck sub , they add 10 second deley time between subclass change
(and there it also appears a message that says "u cant change sub class for X seconds"

How can i do that?

I use search and didnt found this thing

well just for your information: it would require core modding, or if you have some kind of jython subclass manager, then you would have to add a timer...
