[Help] Giran harbor as PvP Zone

Hello RaGEZONE Members ;)
I hope somebody know how to work with NPoly coords..
I am trying to make a part of giran harbor as PvP Zone along time.. :sweatdrop..
I am adding coords in zone_verticles (Npoly) and the zone as Arena zone in zone.xml but nothing happens (the zone exist but its not correct , somewhere its pvp somewhere not)..
My question is what query should i add in my DB to make this part of giran harbor as pvp zone:

Go in \gameserver\data\zone and check there towns.txt , and do /loc in the corners of that area and put them in towns.txt
