[HELP] How can I raise the level of Castle Guards and ATK & DEF?

I want to make Castle guards Stronger and raise their level, can anyone help me do it?

Specially Goddard Castle "Bodyguards" and "Court Sorcerers"

Just open the game and go to the npc you want to edit and press the ctrl key and then click on the npc.as you can see a panel is rising up..here you can edit the npc's level,p.atk,p.def,etc.
