Need help bad

I load up my loginserver and gameserver fine then i open l2.exe and i try to log in but not one single thing happends,

any ideas to this ?

1) Wrong section
2) You've got yourself one bad patch. Just get a new one and it should work.

What do you mean by a bad patch? my l2 or my datapack? XD

i open l2.exe ...it loads and if i press register nothning happens
whys that?
please help!
and make a registr page also!
if not..come online on msn!

Get a clean system folder, patch it and then try to run the game.
