Need some help with error

Ok i am trying to run lineage 2 server from a server i own but when i try to execute the batch files i get the following error and it does this with every l2 datapack and server i have tried to download and i have yet to figure it out.... but the problem seems to be in the batch file


'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

both login and game server batch files do the same thing i have done everything i can think of to get this to work so i'm turning to the brilliant minds on this forum...

Oh system is a AMD x2 6400 with 16 gigz of ram its running windows 7 ultimate 64bit

I have downloaded svns compiled with eclipse no problems there have the latest java jdk and all that good stuff also tried some to run the preconfigured packs to no avail always the same thing when i execute the batch files to start the servers....
