Problem

Okay so i don't know if this is the right section. But i'm sure there hasn't been a problem like this. I'm a greenie in l2j server development and so i messed up all my server.

It was all fine at first.. I got the hosts right and were playing with some of my friends. I also created my own buffer. And then i wanted to know if vesper weapon SA works, but it didn't. So i searched for the correct script of vesper weapons and finally found it. But i didn't know where to add it. So the 1st place i looked to was navicat.. there were lines of weapons and stats. I tried to add vesper weapon correct SA's there.. The outcome was that ALL of the weapons from the server got deleted. when starting l2j GS it said that there are some errors (couldn't read them since they went by too fast) and it skipped all of the weapon IDs. No weapons were sold in GM shop and all weapons were deleted from char inventory. So i thought the Weapon file was bugged or something. So i deleted it and placed a new Weapon file.. Then my navicat crashed and gave me a error that there's a error in a database. The whole localhost was deleted from Navicat automatically. :( MySQL gave me some errors.
I removed MySQL and Navicat from my computer. MySQL was removed correctly with all the servers and stuff. But I couldn't find any info on how to remove navicat connections. So i reinstalled everything. MySQL, Navicat, L2J server database. Somehow i got mysql and navicat working. Got a new connection and everything. Now the real problem starts. I can't open database_installer.bat ! It just flashes a blue screen for a second and closes ! Somehow i was able to make a fast screenshot. Here it is:

I can't choose the mysql path or nothing.. I have mysql 5.1 installed. i tried with even a newer version... nothing works. I also tried to edit the .bat file and changed the mysql directory. I am not a fucking noob who can't understand anything but these vesper SA's messed everything up and now i can't get it to work anymore.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? If so i can give my msn. Just leave me a message or something.
