Servers Configs

Hi!

I´ve some questions and you should try to explain all the basics thinks please, because i´m new at L2J´s development.

I´m using L2J with Gracia Final database.

1) How could i change the Enchants colors? My server works with +25 for weapons and +20 for the others. I want to conf like this:
+3 - +8 -> blue
+9 - +13 -> green
+14 - +20 -> yellow
+21 - +25 -> red

2) Is possible to set buffer´s durations diferences by the caster?
for example: if the caster is a player, the buffs duration´s is 1 hour
if the caster is a custom npc, the buffs duration´s is 20 minutes
etc?

3) How could i set L2J to drop adena all the time that a mob is killed?

4) How could i make a player´s (items. chars, money) and server´s (rates, configs, npcs) backups before update the L2J?
and how could i make a restore?

5) How could i change the Server´s name at selection server screen?

6) How could i change the rules that appears after login and before server selection?
