thats what i thought, so i put em back in after. ive gone back to a previous set of xml's, now im getting less of the initial 10XXX ID skipped, but it still proceeds to skip 1-9999 weapons afterwards.
one of my problems was i had the armor file in the weapons folder, but im still kinda scared to restore an old database and just add the sql data from the new one. i just want it all to work again

seem to get the same effect with or without... hehe at this point its hard to tell until it actually works. but when it does, if it does, ill be happy.

im trying restoring an old backup without touching anything to see where I stand with my new xmls and old DB, but my weapons were gone, obviously. to bring us up to speed, this is what ive done, basically.
restore old db
add new sql for 1 weapon (dual DS) from new db to old one
add sql for a few new mobs from new db to old one
add new sql for 1 armor (demonic bracelet) from new db to old one
1 by 1, added the lines "" <add val='0' order='0x10' stat='pDef'/> "" to the bracelets that didnt have them. (to my knowledge, they all need them) ?
add sql for around 15 new etcitems

omfg.... i must have been really tired when i posted that crap. upon starting over, I discovered that it was 1 little tiny thing that i wanted to try.
in the armor table (SQL) i had:
10800 Demonic Bracelet deco false none 150 wood none 0 -1 0 0 0 0 0 true true true true 10000-1;10010-1 -1 -1 -1
see where it says *deco*? that should be lbracelet.
i was testing to see if the cape slot was even available to be used.
thats what i get for wishful thinking and watching youtube videos... (not in that order, mind you)

hm iv forgotten how to connect the skill to them anyone no how to do it right? so that when u add the item to your left side of inventry it will come up in your skill list to summon them ?
