I cant use File Edit

Hi i have the following problem:
everytime if i try to encrypt a file of my system folder the programm says the file in temp... cant be found.
Why is that so and how can i use it?

You dont have the right Fileedit or you dont have patched system..

i have some file edits and all have the same problem and what u mean with patched system?i need a file edit for gracia but cant find one so i used hellbound version.isnt that posssible?
