Mob HP multiplier - HELP

Hi there!

I`d like to ask if some one knows how to remove the HP multiplier for mobs? Just some mobs have 2x, 4x etc. hp more... I don't know how to remove that feature.

I'm having Gracia Final server.

i really never had that problem, i do know that there is a champion config in your gamer server that will change things, but also if you shift click the mob you can see all their stats ingame and able to change them.
