I have released one in the past but between Yentl and I we have created the new meaning of forum. ;) Anyways lol..

Note:
This is our development. It is all done and working but we are fixing alot of bugs in it such as: Exploits, Errors.

As for right now we have no errors. And it is working well.

Looks good, but to be fair, only hotels with a small or no community, and foreign hotels use PhoenixPHP. So, I don't see this being of much use among us English folk. ^^
