Cecer, do you have screenshots of source or snippets? or just screenshots of in game and more stuff like precentage and how far you are with IHI?

Well, I am trying to get the catalogue working right.
It is refusing to load the CCT files for the item though.
It is a pain in the arse :P

If I recall correctly the sprite index isn't used any more.
But I am out of ideas so I'll look down that path.
Edit: Turns out I owe you one. It wasn't the sprite index, but while checking other sources I noticed I was missing packet 297 (Di).

Sorry, I didn't notice your post till just now.
Progress wise, I couldn't tell you.
However, here is the IHI Pathfinder.
I haven't really tested it's performance (even though I made it months ago) so feel free to put it through it's paces.
I haven't commented it yet though, sorry.
It may still be updated in the future depending on what comes my way.

Okay, time to get back on track!
As a few people have found out the old XML package system has been removed.
It started off well suited but as I added more stuff it became quite bloated.
I have replaced it with a server side scripting engine using Lua.
Lua is very easy to learn and a lot of the work was already done for me.
This does mean that until LuaInterface is made Mono compatible it is Windows only.
However, it is far from impossible to make it Mono compatible again.
