What basics?
I know OOP; I write AS3 here and there and I love it. Php OOP's format, I feel, leaves a lot to be desired. Like nicer syntax.

Don't get excited; I said on Github that client works but only because the page loads without erroring, and everything is processed correctly.
However, you can't enter the client. It will give you a Login error upon entering, and the emulator will flag your connection as free.
I got SSO tickets to work tonight. New system gives you a ticket upon login.
I also enhanced the LoginCheck function today, and I've added a variable to the loadPage function. Instead of using a constant, I use a boolean variable to define if you require login. It's not really something I like, but it works better than a constant. Which didn't.
You can now successfully log into the hotel.
However, you cannot enter rooms. It will disconnect you without an exception.
If you use Cecer's error formatting tool, it'll tell you it's a script_error. Not sure how to fix that ;/
I believe that these errors are due to the fact that the emulators and their corresponding databases have "gathered a lot of dust", relative to Habbo time.
Hopefully the project can continue. Even if I realize that Shockwave is dead for good, I'll still complete it, because there's always at least one person searching for a solution to some problem.
@Papercup is running a V26 hotel. Maybe he can help you out.
The project will continue on!
With a bit of advice from Cecer who told me to fix some variable errors, I thought the problem through, and realized it was because I had set my figure to '3' in the database. Works for imagers, but not the client. So, I've just updated and fixed that. :)
WindPHP is now usable with HoloCMS! Development purposes only, though, since clothes-changing doesn't work.
Restoring Habbx to original Holograph credits and going to use it alongside this project.
Check out the public shockwave archives I've established in an effort to go through all valuable releases of this section and archive them for the next years to come.
Could you push the current version you have so far to Github? I'll have a look and see if I can make the clothing working.
Would be more popular if it was for r63/r63b
You obviously misunderstand the purpose. I don't care about this popularity contest this section seems so damn concerned about. I'm trying to revive Shockwave retros, and replace outdated frameworks like PHPRetro. R63A/B suck. The people who own them are boring as shit and their hotels are identical.
You think Shockwave is dead? It's just resting. You think Flash is dead? Hell yeah it is.
Shockwave is more than dead, its 12 feet under. Its cool you're learning cause then you can apply your skills elsewhere, but everyone knows shockwave will never be making a comeback. It's outdated, shitty technology. Its so 90s. Best you keep that crap to yourself in my books... Lol
I mean relative to Habbo. Obviously Shockwave as a plugin is dead lol. I still think Habbo shockwave will make a return somehow.
Also: I realized that none of the files I've been working on have been getting pushed. Not sure why that happens, but I now despise Git. I drag the source to the directory, then commit, then push, but it doesn't pop up.
So you should be seeing my REAL progress soon.
Amending that issue right now :/
I mean relative to Habbo as well. There's like 5 people in this section who want to "revive" shockwave. Kids these days are not going to play a shockwave hotel. Most people don't even know how to install it these days. It's laggy, jumpy, animations are not smooth and Flash is just over-all better.
So stupid saying that Shockwave Habbo is gonna make a comeback, people have been saying that for the past 3-4 years but it hasn't happened, why? Because it's DEAD. Leave it there god damn.
