* Added new jQuery rules to hide the select menu on Public Rooms
* Added Public Rooms and Background Image etc

To-do on Public Rooms navigator
* Add the shading effects and room information
* Do a Open/close (show) option which will be controlled in the database



Will do more updates later, Yes I know.. I need to polish the css up. Will do it closer to the end though.
