Anyhow if v23 packets. Have a look at Nillus's final Holograph release which is v23.

Lol with the v1 protocol. You send like this

Make sure you send HELLO.
Then you should receive "22 VERSIONCHECK client002"
The first numbers are the length of the packet. If you get 3 numbers. Then it's followed by a character 13.
So to get the length you would do (in java).

int Length = Integer.parseInt(receive.substring(0, 4).replace("\r", "").replace(" ", ""));
And to get the content you would do

String Content = recieve.substring(4, Length);
Look at prjOwnage for when you receive SECRET_KEY
