Is there a way to add language that is not supported by habbo.swf on new releases?
Like arabic or chinese?

If you open the Habbo.swf with a flash decompiler, it is possible yes. There are language(text) files in the habbo.swf which show what characters can be placed. I think Mozilla2 was doing this as well.

I used to open habbo.swf with Flash Decompiler Trillix, and extracted fonts from habbo.swf, do u know how to edit it to the needed one, or how to add needed characters?

You can also use a tool like HabboUI and change the font name to the default one for Chinese/Russian users, this is how I did it for my Chinese hotel.
For example, the default font in Mainland China is SimSun.
