Any Knowledge of Habbo RP hotels still exist!!?!?! [help]

Hey everyone I was wonder if anyone could help me make a Habbo RP the one with the jobs, gangs, guns ect.. I am unable to find any working emu's, db's and cms's.. Its either the emu works but the db is messed up or the other way around.. If someone can help me please PM me. or comment a link to a WORKING cms emu and database that would be awesome! and try and make sure it doesn't have too many errors. If you guys would like to help further on helping me make a RP I don't mind letting you guys be the 2nd owner. I do have knowledge of making r63 hotels and have one up an running its just I can't find any active or working RP files. So like i said if you want to help you can PM your skype or kik or just pm me that would be fine

Do you have any skills in coding #C ?

Have you tried the search option and google? There are multiple emulators released. As for the CMS most of them are private work and people dont tend to share those.

I have tried looking for working emu's but somehow I would get the emu but the database doesn't match or the config isn't in there or its just plain messed up. If could help me link to an actual working one that would be awesome
