I think they still care, but if they could choose between taking down your hotel or an r63a/b one, they'd choose the r63 simply because it's more attractive to players now.

Well, Otaku made a v1 server and I think Sulake still "care" about that. ;)

If the copyright text and stuff is there, then yeah, they will be able to sue you but I think they choose not to, the process is quite long and they know that retros don't get as much users as Habbo does. Overall, they're just not bothered too much, if your server becomes increasingly popular then they probably will take action and take down your hotel by any means.

If I setup a small server with about <10 people registered/online, knowing that it is illegal, they probably won't do anything about it, but let's say if I had a server with >500 people registered/online, they will notice it and send me a warning letter before sueing me for copyright claims.

Well, that's what I believe anyway, correct me if I'm wrong.

Sulake Corporation has copyright for his actual files,his "SWFS".His previous files(DCRS) are "abandoned" and they dont exist anymore from november of 2009,when the Old Habbo finished forever.Also,im sure that some of them dont have installed Shockwave on his computers,because some workers of Sulake arrived after 2009 and dont know anything about Habbo in shockwave.

With all of this im trying to say that if Sulake doesnt care about the 90-95% of the Holos,imagine about the Oldschools.. xD
