[ASTRO EMU] Tiimer Glitch? :\ [R63 RP]

Okay so I'm going to explain the problem as clearly as possible. Basically when a cop arrests you, you teleport to Jail obviously, then the timer gets stuck at the time arrested for if that makes sense? Say I arrest somebody for (X) minutes, the timer won't go down at all so the Police has to release the Prisoners. I know this is more RolePlay, but this timer glitch should be fixed.

This is the same for the Hospital; When a user dies, their timer does not go down at all and they have to be released manually by either a Cop or a Hospital Worker.

If anybody knows how to fix this, please do post anything.. The smallest fix will be greatly appreciated! Thank you :)
