Avatar Is White And Images Wont Show In Client

I have an issue with my hotel. I'm running it on my desktop to do some edits and for some reason the avatar is white, and the catalog and navi images don't show. I'm a little confused and at a loss on how to fix it. I'm running it on local host 127.0.0.1 if anyone knows a fix please let me know.

I've tried clearing cache and all that. Here is the screenie of what going on:

The links in your external vars and client file differ from each other. I don't know what the cause is of the fact that it bugs then, but for me it fixed this issue when I made the links in your vars and client.php exactly the same format (so everywhere www. in front or nowhere).

This is usually caused by variables links make sure that both config and client are configured correctly like Galago mentioned. If you are still struggling please post a image of the files below.
