For me, it looks like the commands page is missing

Check the source of your emulator to see how the commands are being pulled; it seems to me as if it's being loaded from a HTML page from your CMS. So I think you may need to add a command HTML page, and add the variable to either your client, or SWF file (wouldn't be too sure); with some snooping around in your SWFs, client files and emulator source code; shouldn't be too hard!
