1. What is the newest and most bugfree emulator at this time?
2. Does anyone know any cool RevCMS themes at time?
3. And some new clothes or furniture?

1. Newest and bugfree doesn't go well together. If you want to use R63B go with Plus.
2. Can't help you with that. I think there's better alternatives than Rev.
3. There has been released some custom clothes which looks abseloutly terrible.
