Banned page

Hi,
I have an error with my banned page.
When you ban a user the banned page comes up as it should, but then users can go on index page and other pages as normal but I would like them to only be able to access the banned page and only see that once ip banned

Id go with making the /banned like that when you get banned it destroys your session and logs you off which results in redirecting to /index when you try to go to other pages. Then i'd add a ban check on the login script which then redirects you to /banned if you have active bans and doesn't log you in. Other approach would be adding a ban check to every page (or head.php) but it would check it on every page refresh so i think it's better the other way.
