BCStorm Disconnects

Now and then, one of my users get disconnected (this happens to some users, not all, and only to one at a time)
No error is showing up in the emulator.

What could the reason be? (Server speed is great)

Check the error log as I'm sure it'll show up, could just be due to sso ticket not nulling/working (idk)

There is this bug with bcstorm when you click on the big H, you disconnect sometimes. Tried to fix this 28373892793920 times, but nothing works.
