Best Emu + CMS + SWF for RP

Hey, me and my pals are planning to work on a RP, and i was wondering what is the best:
CMS
SWF
Emu

for maybe the latest habbo version Rp? I mean like R63B or smth, if not then, the best at the moment publically?

I'd say it depends on which version you want but if you use the one that Zap uses (currently) and Jonty released, it's held 1,700+ online for days without restart required and without lag (and did I mention we are behind a proxy?). As for the CMS, I think LightCMS or UberCMS, it's all a matter of preference I would try them all out RevCMS 3, Sulake WEB (don't recommend it), LightCMS and UberCMS v2, and whatever else there is out there. I would stick to r63 "classic" before the structure changes and the crypto changes to avoid an emulator thats poorly coded and the structures are screwed up. In any case, good luck. I too am planning an RP emulator but it's all private and experimental.
