Best emulator And exploits free CMS, free, on the market?

Hello there. Everybody is telling me That If you want a nice cms, it has to be built from the scratch by someone, And If you dont know how to do it, you ll have to Pay someone. Isnt there Any nice exploits free CMS free to download on the market? Do you really have to pay someone you dont even know u cant trust, to do it for you?

Never pay for a Habbo private server setup! You can do it yourself just by following a simple tutorial. Since it seems like you're new to the community, I would follow a tutorial on RevCMS and setup Azure emulator.

Just a couple of tips / things;

• Never pay for an Emulator and/or CMS.
• Never pay for someone to fix or setup a Hotel for you.
• The most popular CMS at the moment is RevCMS.

If someone is asking for money in return to setup your hotel, ignore them completely.
