That's not your SWF, it's your variables link.

furnidata_xml the folder contains the file 1.xml

Change this furnidata.load.url=${url.prefix}/game/gamedata/furnidata_xml/1
to furnidata.load.url=Domain/gamedata/furnidata_xml.xml where it says domain you obviously put the link to your hotel there, it will work then!
