[BubbaEmu + PHPRetro] Shockwave Player does not start to load

I setup a v26 hotel with the help of this guide: https://forum.ragezone.com/f335/v26-v26-phpretro-dcrs-v26-876270/

I use this browser to run the local hotel: https://forum.ragezone.com/f353/portable-browser-flash-shockwave-basilisk-1192727/

When I'm trying to go to the hotel Shockwave Player will stay stuck on the following screen:

Does anyone know what causes this problem or how I can retrieve more data to solve the problem?

Uninstall and reinstall basilisk. I had the same problem.
