Looks like you both forgot the \icons\ folder.

Plus either your furnidata is corrupt, or your furni .swf's lack graphic tags

Habbo now uses png images for furniture icons. As stated previously, it is quite plausible that you're missing these icon files.

Add flash.dynamic.icon.download.name.template=icons/%typeid%%param%_icon.png to your external variables and add a new folder called icons to your hof furni directory.

You can use this tool to dump the icons as .png images from your furniture.

Tyvm! it worked for me, i just added

flash.dynamic.icon.download.name.template=icons/%typeid%%param%_icon.png

in my variables as i already have the icons in .png :D
