Building a fansite

Would anyone be willing to help me build a fansite? I'm wanting to do it exclusively through WordPress, besides panels and such.

I'm just not sure where to start when it comes to the panels and the radio. I'm going to be using radio.co to stream the broadcasts for my DJs. I've installed RadiPanel but I can't seem to get it to work, none of the pages on the panel load, it just continues to show the home page.

Then I probably have a million questions after that. I can pay.
