Basically, ive made a habbo r64 with pheonix and i want it public, but i have no idea how to ?

There are lots of tutorials about how to do this, take a look: LINK REMOVED

All you have to do is portforward, there needs to be a port open on your modem/router so people can connect to your server from the outside.

Or you could use hamachi

mine says media disconnected but its says all the same thing but that is on wireless LAN adapt wireless network connection

Spend a little bit of money and buy a cheap VPS if you can't portforward. Other wise look for another tut,,
