Can't change CMS images!

I'm trying to only change the mepage_info_bg.png on the me.php, (I use IIS), i replaced the file in the folder, emptied cache & the new one didn't show up. I also tried changing the file name to mepage_info_bg2.png & change the name to that also from lightweightmepage.css, emptied cache and restarted IIS. still doesn't show up.

but when i go to http:// ( my hotel url ) /app/tpl/skins/Habbo/images/personal_info/mepage_info_bg2.png, it shows the new one that i replaced the old with, but the old one is still on the me.php after thousands of IIS restarts & cache emptyings...

Can somebody help please?

If you're using Cloudflare is caches images every x amount of minutes, so you'll have to wait awhile until it updates itself.

You will need to go to your Cloudflare Settings on your domain, then click "Purge Cache", then clear your browser's cache after, then it should work.
