Catalogue not being shown to users rank 1

Hey,
My hotel's catalogue, some pages like Furni by Theme and Furni by Range, are not being shown to users ranked 1, but are being shown to any user ranked 2 and above. I have checked all the pages rank on (what I use) navicat, and they are as they are suppose to be. I am not sure what to do now. Any help?

Make sure your ranks are set up properly, and then in catalogue_pages make sure that your rank column is set to 1 for the pages you want available to users.

Yep I have quadruple times checked that. It is still not showing to users ranked 1. Any other ideas?

go to your catalogue_pages , find the catalogue page , set the min rank to 1 , then go to hotel and do :update_catalog . Done.

That does not solve the problem because I have tried and done that. The page is rank to min 1, yet it does not show to normal users. Any other way?
