CD's and jukebox in Arcturus?

Hi all,
So I am trying to make custom CD's for the jukeboxes in Arcturus Emulator.
However, I can't get this to work. Does anything have a guide that can help me set everything up correctly as the last time I made working CD's was for GTE Emulator!

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

GTE is r63, and Arcturus is R63b. I couldn't find any guides for Arcturus but hopefully you can work something out with a Plus guide?

Thanks I just got it working from the GTE method & some help from The General.
