Client doesnt work with proxy

So whenever I use the vps IP in client then the client works, but as soon I change it to the proxy IP and port client wont work, the emulator doesnt recieve connections at all. Ive already opened port 30000 on firewall and im pretty sure ive done everything right, but could have forgotten something, who knows.
Does anyone have any idea on what could cause this?

Which emulator are you using and which host is your proxy from?

Im using plus emu r2, but I also tried butterfly emu and same thing happened there,none of them worked. My proxy is from hostsavor and vps from somewhere else.

Alright, strange. Sorry, wish I could help.

Make sure your proxy port is actually open, you can do this by pinging it here for example Online Ping, Traceroute, DNS lookup, WHOIS, Port check, Reverse lookup, Proxy checker, Bandwidth meter, Network calculator, Network mask calculator, Country by IP, Unit converter.
If the proxy port is closed then the problem is clear. If the proxy port is open then you have probably given the wrong configuration in your proxy settings for example a wrong number in your ip or port.
