Client has green bar at top

I'm using google chrome and also R63B with Plus Emu with 20160101 SWFs.

I've noticed that part of the client is green, anyway to fix this? It's kind of hard to see, but it's there.

It's not green, just slightly grayer, it's for the chat messages. Anyway, it's been there for ages and it's just a client thingy. There is nothing released here to "fix" it, but you can always try to find it by yourself in the SWF (most likely in the swf xml's).
