Client not showing navigation bar

Anyone think they can help me fix my client? Every time I go to my client it loads up, but then nothing else happens. No navi bar or anything. I don't know if it has to do with my external_variables, maybe my Emu, or what.

I changed the CMS and removed the old DB and now my EMU can't connect, so I need another Emu.
