You aren't using the right IP/port

What port/IP must I use and where must I change it, in what file?

It could be your emu configuration or client.php

If using a proxy, use the port and IP you were given, if not... use your server IP and default port. If on localhost use 127.0.0.1 and your default port.

Everything seems okay, but still not working.

Are you using home-hosting it or on a VPS? You need to check firewalls, routers, etc for ports, or use local IP information (localhost/127.0.0.1) to test it locally before going public.
