Client reloads constantly

hello, sorry for my bad english i'm from germany.

I use RevCMS Roleplay Edit and the Emulator based on Reality.

But my client reloades everytimes, i check in and he is loading, shows me the hotel view but then he reloads.

The configuration file is correct and the extern_variable also, I've been looking everywhere for a solution but I found nothing hope you can help me
