Client Wont load! Phoenix 3.11.0 source + revcms[Help]

Hi!
i had an bcstorm hotel and it worked with revcms but i wanted to change to phoenix 3.11.0 the open source version that is in this forum but the client wont load sometimes it says
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 524288000 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261904 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\app\tpl\class.html.php on line 27

and other times it says

http://localhost//account/disconnect...t&origin=popup

Object not found!

You've probably configured your SWF's wrong. Can you post that config?
